What it's all about... gifts from customers this Christmas!

Today we saw the very best example of customer satisfaction. 2 of our Translation Project Management team, Marta and Georgiana, received a massive box of Christmas goodies from our clients Revolution Beauty!

Now although we love goodies (so much in fact, that we ripped the box whilst opening it!), it isn’t really about the contents… The fact that the beauty & cosmetics mega-brand were driven to express their thanks by sending the gifts is the most important thing.

Working with any ecommerce / etailer requires hard work, intelligent approaches and quick thinking, in order to produce the best results. Marta and Georgiana displayed these attributes and now have felt the gratitude! Well done team!
